Alfred Vogel learned of the benefits of naturally fermented, concentrated whey, from Swiss farmers and created Molkosan using whey from meadow fed mountain cattle.Ingredients:Concentrated, lacto fermented whey (from Swiss milk and without protein), L+ lactic acid, potassium citrate, natural flavour (menthol).
