Eskimo Brainsharp combines the unique stable fish oil, Eskimo-3, with ingredients such as CoQ10 and GLA to optimise brain and energy support. Omega-3 fatty acids have been well studied for their role in the support of many systems in the body including brain function. This formula has been designed with the older adult in mind. Ingredients:Each 5ml teaspoon typically contains: Omega-3 fatty acids, 1,600 mg of which: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 700 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 450 mg ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) 75 mg Omega-6 fatty acids, 560 mg of which: LA (linoleic acid) 460 mg GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 50 mg Omega-9 fatty acids (oleic acid) 580 mg Vitamin D (175IU) 5 mg Vitamin E (15IU) 10 mg CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10) 10 mg Recommendation: One teaspoon (5ml) daily with food, or as directed.
